Small, seasonal menu

Rich in local sourced produce from the region

It consists of free-range meat, chacuterie and game, free range eggs, wonderful artisan cheese, olives and olive oil. Locally farmed fresh oysters and mussels from nearby Saldanha Bay, fresh caught fish from our own cold waters and homegrown organic vegetables and herbs from local growers. Pastry and breads are all from organic and artisan stone ground flour and canning of fruits and vegetables are done in the kitchen throughout the season.

We build the menu around what’s seasonal and we adapt and work with what is available. Should you have any off-menu dietary requirements (for example seafood/nut allergies, gluten-free or vegetarian options) please feel free to send us an email at least 48 hours ahead of your booking – we will do their utmost to accommodate your request. All our dishes are paired with exceptional South African wines to make for an exceptional Food and Wine Taste Experience.
